Olson has grown to be the 9th largest Self Storage Company in the country.  Since 1956 Mr. Olson has been a pioneer in many aspects of the construction business, including owning the largest Gunite company in the country.  Since 1973 Mr. Olson has developed and constructed, as Owner and General Partner, millions of dollars worth of industrial, office and self-storage projects.  Although his first self storage property was built in 1973, A-American Self Storage did not begin its rapid growth until 1991, when Mr. Olson began expanding and managing his company for the future.  Today, through his experience and guidance, A-American Storage Management Co. Inc. has a strong, experienced management team led by his son Craig D. Olson, President, who oversees the day to day operations of the A-American Self Storage properties.
