With the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are continuing to monitor developments and receiving guidance of local, state and federal public health authorities.

What we are doing:

We are making every effort to keep our properties operating as usual, to the extent possible while safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our employees and tenants.

We continue to welcome you to our properties, but at this time we’ve asked our staff to refrain from shaking hands and to maintain the recommended social distancing. This is for everyone’s safety and we ask you to accept it as our commitment to keeping your family and our staff safe in the current environment.

We have provided guidance to our staff on hand-washing protocols, the importance of staying at home if they are ill, and enhanced cleaning of high use areas.

It may become necessary for us to reduce access and/or office hours, suspend access to all or parts of a facility, including the office.

What we request of you:

During these unprecedented times, we ask for your patience and understanding if we have to adjust your experience to adapt to the ever-changing landscape.

We encourage you to use the various channels we have in place for you to interact with us. All tenants have access to their accounts through the “Make A Payment” link on our website. In addition, customers may call or text their home store to speak to the manager. These numbers can be located under the Locations link on our website.
