JoAnn! She is wonderful. I have had my units for awhile now and each time I needed information, to discuss payments, or even discuss downsizing she was there!! I recently needed to start getting rid of things from one of my units and she even had good recommendations on where to donate! When I first signed up and got a unit there she was so sweet and accommodating. She helped us with a moving truck and getting situated. I definitely wouldn't go elsewhere. I love how upfront and honest JoAnn is too! She doesn't sugar coat anything, which is helpful when trying to find a unit - no hidden fees! I love that she remembers my face and name - even if I haven't been there in a long time. Thanks JoAnn!

My parents also have a storage unit here, which is where I found out about this place. A-American storage made our moving day a million times easier. We were on a deadline to get out of our old place and Jojo, the manager, set us up with a moving truck for all the things we needed to put into storage and an amazing deal on a storage unit we could get into right away. Jojo made sure we understood all the rules and gave us plenty of helpful hints on getting the most out of the space we had. The property is easy to navigate and we didn't have any trouble moving things through the hallways and getting things into our unit. We've already recommended this place to a friend and we'll definitely keep on recommending it!
