I just want to give the manager, JOANN, a big round of applause 🙌 👏!! As well as a million Thank yous for always helping my mom with her storage unit. So many years has passed and still JOANN has looked out for her.
Most recently was this past week. She informed my mom that she can move her unit two bays over from where she is now, same size unit and it will cost her $60 LESS than what she normally pays.
