John just recently took over for Bob who was really wonderful but it has now relocated. Since John's been there he's been absolutely wonderful! I really like him he's been incredibly helpful and very personable. He'll go out of his way to help you in any way he can. I've been a customer there for several years and while my bill has continued to go up each year they do whatever they can to help make sure that it isn't too much of a hardship on me.
