I have been renting here for over a year now and let me tell you, Bob and Becky are amazing (so is the other girl, who's name I can never remember 😅!) From day one, they always have known my name( the irony,) they know which key to hand me that opens the secure hallway to get to my unit. I've rented from at least 5 other storage facilities in the past and none have been so personable and secure. I've seen them do security checks of the premises personally and it helps keep me reassured my stuff will be safe while being stored there. They will probably be stuck with me for years for how nice they are 😅 I'm honestly glad I found them. Thanks guy! 😁“

Facility is very secure and clean with lots of drive up units, cameras, and on-site owners. Staff were super helpful each time I was out. The contract is also surprisingly straight forward unlike many other places. I highly recommend this place!“

My friend needed a couple months of storage during a recent move. I called my dad because I remembered he had used previous storage facilities for various reasons. Without hesitation he said call A-American Self Storage in El Cajon. We took his advice, and of course, everything went smoothly! Everyone we interacted with were courteous and helpful.
