He was incredibly helpful over the phone before we even went into the facility, answering all of our questions clearly and making the process feel easy from the start. When we arrived, Chris was welcoming, friendly, and just as helpful in person. He took the time to explain pricing, walk us through our options, and made sure we found the perfect unit for our needs. His professionalism and positive attitude made what could’ve been a stressful process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Chris if you want great customer service!

I was going through a huge transition in my life, and Arlin made it feel like she was with me every step of the way. Every time I’d talk to her or get my key, it felt like chatting with a sister or cousin. Always with a happy face, great customer service, and she’d make you laugh until you almost forgot you were even moving. American Self Storage has great customer service all around. When I called after hours, the 24-hour rep booked everything in 5 minutes. Bob and Becky, the managers, were very professional. The place is gated with cameras everywhere, so you feel safe and looked after. They’d check in on how I was doing. At one point I lost my key and they had to break my lock—not once did they make me feel bad about it. They walked me through every step, let me use the dolly, offered their truck, and even referred me to movers. Thank you Bob, thank you Becky, and thank you Arlin. I’m very grateful for you guys.
