Mike has been incredibly kind and helpful since the very first day we meet and moved in, and remains a highlight of why we continue to do business with this specific company and more importantly branch!! We would just really like to share how appreciative we are for Mike’s service, disposition, commitment, and dedication!!! He is an exemplary employee, and fits a model of excellency in all that he does for this business!! The grounds are well maintained, kept, and properly protected, we have never experienced any issues in our multiple years of using this facility.. making it a great place for all to use if you find yourself needing a little extra storage space!! Again though it should be highlighted that Mike goes above and beyond to help and work with his customers and has been an outstanding human and agent of customer service since first meeting him!! He definitely deserves recognition for these things as well as all else he helps with and contributes to!! Mike was awesome, he made closing out the storage unit super easy and simple even open the gate for me before I even was coming in twice and opened it for me when I was leaving. One of the most courteous places I've. One of the most courteous places I've ever stored things at. And because these were my old roommates belongings, he even printed me the form to have my old roommate sign off ownership of the items because he said they were trashed. So I would be legally covered.
