I would just like to share that as a customer of the American Self Storage thatI i am very pleased and happy at the way I've been treated as a customer and most of all I am very very happy with the fact that it's clean and security that runs 24/7 is a great reminder that thiers no worrys .and the upkeep on the property as well as the units are maintained as the property is always swept and kept up nice and bugs and rodent controlled , and at the way the consistency of the rules and regulations and security seems to be over there at the American Self Storage Company on North Street. I would also like to say that I believe from my past experience and how I've been treated by the employee management there on the premise. Haley is a very hard-working and pleasant woman. She makes me feel as though I am safe there and my belongings are safe as well when I'm not thier and I am very thankful for her mannerism and her consistent support and customer relations I would just like to say," thank you American Self Storage and Haliey I recommend anyone that needs a storage unit to go on down to Ridgecrest on North Norma American Self Storage and see Haliey. Great service. They were quick to assist when we needed our unit. They explained everything thoroughly and so far no problems with our auto payment which is great.

My elderly mother that lived in another state and went to the hospital after a bad fall. I had been living with her but returned to California on a short trip to move my stuff out of my apartment in Ventura county, intending to live in Ridgecrest with a friend. With my mom in the hospital there was a sudden urgency to put my apartment stuff somewhere rapidly so I could go to be with her. Kurt was the manager at that time - super nice guy, and he made the process easy. I later needed two more large units, and the management had switched to Hayley. I met her in person - also super nice - and she made the process easy. The facility is secure and is kept clean. I know that what I have stored there is safe and secure, and the prices are far more reasonable than the prior "extra space" I had been renting in Palmdale.
