Always great to deal with!! Convenient pin pad entry, gated and cameras. Clean, never had mice , my stuff has been there 3 years!! Also be sure get your locks and furniture covers when you sign your contract, right there in the entrace! They have boxes & tape too!! Paul is fantastic!! Best staff ever, even my bf said he's never dealt with anyone so nice, especially at a storage facility. Thank you for all you do!! 💖“

Y'all let me tell you about A-American storage I been with them since they were a different name. I started getting mad they they wouldn't understand that the $36 late fee is messing with me so I called and explained I dont get paid till the second Friday of every month. They are working with me. Thank you to the office ppl and the boss for understand!!!.
