This month I moved in to the storage and so far it’s been a great experience. Will, Rebecca, and Jason are super helpful and explained everything clearly. Make sure to ask them about move-in specials and the free use of their moving truck for your larger items. I chose for a less expensive unit on the 2nd floor and I worried that it would be a hassle to get things up there, but it hasn’t been bad with their forklift, and it’s worth the savings for me.

The staff was incredibly helpful and made the rental process smooth and quick. Jason was knowledgeable and answered all my questions — very quick to respond. Will was very welcoming and accommodating assisting getting us set up/moved in excellent customer service all the way around.

This is the third summer we're storing the kids' college stuff at A-American Self Storage. It's right next to the UNR campus and waaay more convenient than moving everything home for the summer. They also have fantastic deals for students. This year, I was running behind and called two days before move-out day. Shout out to Rebecca, for dealing with my frantic self with great customer service. Luckily, they still had our size available (for two kids, we get the 5' x 7'). They set us up quickly with a 50% off deal, and all is well. Highly recommended!
